Called Dawson after Michael and Sons left me hanging without power for two weeks. Jonathan Baker came quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several options the same day. There solution was more reasonable than we received from other companies and the repair(which was extensive)was completed in one day. All permits, coordinating with Duke power and inspection was handle in expert fashion by Dawson. Most importantly, we have a fully functioning and safer source of power
