Inspected electrical panel and identified tripped circuit breaker supplying power to air handler. Reset breaker and restored power to system. Verified evaporator coil and air handler components for proper operation. System returned to normal cooling function with all components operating as designed.
Completed comprehensive HVAC system service for newly purchased residence including full system cleaning, installation of safety switch and new capacitor, replacement of existing thermostat with Honeywell ProSeries digital unit, and verification of all thermostat wiring connections.
