Aaron was very efficient, knowledgeable and got us back in the right direction. Apparently I had been using the wrong “merv” filter and didn’t even know it! I did not feel like he was trying to just sell me a new unit, but the fact he really tried to repair what we had! Very appreciative to him for coming so quickly and cooling us down again.

We felt so comfortable having him in our home. He is super friendly and pretty funny too! Our new puppy took a special liking to him as well! (sorry about that lol) Highly recommend Charlie!!

Curtis is very knowledgeable and helpful! He figured out what was wrong almost immediately and solved the problem. He really knows his stuff! Today he had Preston with him and he helped as well (his height is a true asset!). Always impressed by Dawson’s employees! And a special thank you to Amanda for calling Curtis back for me so quickly! I had Dawson Electric install a generator interlock and outside inlet for my generator. Charlie visited to estimate the Job. He was personable and professional. He had to come back to complete the job after permitting was done and the parts arrived. He did the work with another electrician and from what I could tell did an excellent job. I
