I called Dawsons and they came out that same day. Connor discovered our issue very quickly and thoroughly checked everything, giving me a detailed account of the system overall. He was very kind and explained everything very well, even bringing it to a level for someone that doesnt know much about this. We will be using this company for all our AC needs for the upcoming years. Also, for other females clients looking for an HVAC service, I felt very safe. This company sends you a photo and bio of the person coming out to your house prior to the appointment.

Aaron was awesome. He provided transparent insight and options. You definitely felt you could trust him because of his transparency. Customers need this instead of just the textbook or money grabbing answers. Santos was also great to work with. He was very friendly and thorough with his work. I did end up with a couple chips in my floor where they didn't put padding down was the only smudge of my experience.

Aaron was very efficient, knowledgeable and got us back in the right direction. Apparently I had been using the wrong “merv” filter and didn’t even know it! I did not feel like he was trying to just sell me a new unit, but the fact he really tried to repair what we had! Very appreciative to him for coming so quickly and cooling us down again.
