Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the installation of the level 2 car charger. He ensured I understand how it’s was connected to my home and how the surge protectors work for the home and air conditioner. He also assisted me with the Autel app set up. Lastly, he made sure the charge connection worked b having me plug my car in. All worked well. Preston provided additional support and explained of the working system as well. Both are excellent in their job roles.
