Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the installation of the level 2 car charger. He ensured I understand how it’s was connected to my home and how the surge protectors work for the home and air conditioner. He also assisted me with the Autel app set up. Lastly, he made sure the charge connection worked b having me plug my car in. All worked well. Preston provided additional support and explained of the working system as well. Both are excellent in their job roles.

Responded to no-cooling call on 2012 split system where homeowner had recently replaced contactor and capacitor but unit would not respond to thermostat call. Diagnosed loss of 24V control voltage between indoor air handler and outdoor condensing unit. Located air handler in attic storage area and traced low voltage wiring to identify failure in control circuit preventing proper communication between thermostat and outdoor unit, explaining why outdoor unit only operated when manually engaged but would not cycle on demand.
