We had a massive tree fall at our home and it took down the power line and meter box. Dawson’s did and excellent job and handled the whole process with professionalism and care. Preston was our technician and did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. Didn’t cut any corners. He kept us informed of what he was doing and made sure we understood what was going on through the entire process. He stayed on site until the power was restored by Duke to make sure everything worked properly and was safe. Preston was very professional and respectful. He even offered me water as I was working cutting up the tree and cleaning up debris in the yard. I highly recommend Preston and Dawson’s Electric and Air to handle any electrical and HVAC needs you have.
Thomas was fantastic and very helpful. He worked hard to figure out what was going wrong with our air conditioning and was very honest.
