# After Hours Emergency Service Call

Responded to emergency call for water leaking through ceiling from HVAC system. Upon arrival, found overflow drain pan full with active water discharge. Inspected 1-year-old air handler unit located in attic space and confirmed primary condensate drain line obstruction causing backup into secondary drain pan. Water had overflowed onto plywood subflooring, creating visible moisture damage and staining.

Cleared blockage from primary drain line using appropriate methods and verified proper drainage flow. Tested condensate pump operation and confirmed functionality. Evacuated standing water from overflow pan and wiped down unit exterior. Checked refrigerant lines for moisture damage - copper lines showed normal oxidation with no corrosion concerns. Verified all electrical connections remained dry and secure despite water presence.

Inspected drain line routing through structure, following white PVC condensate piping from air handler down through floo

Nick Rippeth showed up on time and kept me aware on his arrival time. Did a great job with his assessment and clearly provided me with my options. The panel upgrade was done professionally and on time. All and all I would hire Dawson and will ask for Nick. Thank you team including Amenda and Preston as well. Great job.

My experience with Jonathan Baker & Dawson’s Electric was wonderful from the initial phone call to the finished installation. They were our 2nd estimate for a Tesla charger install. Their price was about the same as the first estimate, but their professionalism was leagues beyond their competitor. My install required a little bit of rearranging in the breaker panel, so I was going to be paying a little extra no matter who I went with. Jonathan explained every step of the process and laid out crystal clear options and recommendations. I will definitely be calling Dawson’s for any future electrical work.
