Responded to a return visit for an AUTEL EV charger installation. Customer reported sparks and breaker tripping when charger was used by neighbor's Kia vehicle. Inspected electrical panel connections and torqued all terminations to specification. Verified proper installation of charger and confirmed functionality with appropriate load testing.
Successfully installed two new motion flood lights on the garage side of the home, replacing existing fixtures, and extended wiring to accommodate a new flood light in the middle of the garage vented soffit. All installations were completed according to specifications with proper mounting and connection to ensure optimal functionality and security coverage.
Inspected intermittently functioning spotlights on first and second story eaves. Found damaged switch plate with broken wall covering beneath and exposed junction box with improperly mounted outlet/switch. Prepared installation locations for two outdoor lights on brick garage exterior.

My experience with Jonathan Baker & Dawson’s Electric was wonderful from the initial phone call to the finished installation. They were our 2nd estimate for a Tesla charger install. Their price was about the same as the first estimate, but their professionalism was leagues beyond their competitor. My install required a little bit of rearranging in the breaker panel, so I was going to be paying a little extra no matter who I went with. Jonathan explained every step of the process and laid out crystal clear options and recommendations. I will definitely be calling Dawson’s for any future electrical work.
