This estimate includes all labor and materials necessary to install new 3 inch supply and exhaust venting to the furnace in the crawlspace andremove all the 2 inch venting in the crawlspace, and 2 inch vent terminations at the exterior wall. Venting will have proper supports and will be up to code. Return visit Monday, January 12 to replace 2 inch furnace venting with 3 inch. Installed concentric vent kit and ran new 3 inch venting to direct vent furnace. Heat is operating properly at this time. Existing 2 inch vent terminations were capped and sealed.

Came out to your home today to look into why lights were not working in the kitchen. Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner and his daughter and they explained to me the issue they were having with the lights. The homeowner's daughter informed me that she had tried to replace the pendants that were there with new LED fixtures but the lights still did not come on. I began with a diagnostic and found that the dimmer controlling the lights was bad. Once I replaced the dimmer, the lights began working properly. While here, I also provided a solution to replace the three recess lights in the living room with slimline wafer lights. The homeowner was happy to have the lights back working.

My experience with Jonathan Baker & Dawson’s Electric was wonderful from the initial phone call to the finished installation. They were our 2nd estimate for a Tesla charger install. Their price was about the same as the first estimate, but their professionalism was leagues beyond their competitor. My install required a little bit of rearranging in the breaker panel, so I was going to be paying a little extra no matter who I went with. Jonathan explained every step of the process and laid out crystal clear options and recommendations. I will definitely be calling Dawson’s for any future electrical work.
