Today we came to your home to evaluate the master bedroom circuit that had tripped. The homeowner had reset the breaker prior to our arrival, but power had not been properly restored. Upon arrival, we performed a visual inspection of the room and found that none of the receptacles or lights in the master bedroom were functioning, even though the breaker appeared to be in the “on” position. We explained to the homeowner that we could run a full diagnostic on the circuit; however, after discussing options, the homeowner expressed interest in replacing the devices. While on site, we attempted to reset the breaker again and found that although it appeared to be in the “on” position, it was not fully reset. After properly resetting the breaker, power was restored and the receptacles began working correctly. We will be returning next Wednesday, the 28th, to complete a full circuit restoration for the master bedroom. This will include master bedroom switches and receptacles, and the master

Today you called us to your home to address an issue with the septic pump. You had previously had a plumbing company out to evaluate the pump, and at that time they observed the motor pulling 45–50 amps on one leg of the circuit when energized. Today, upon our return to the home, we verified this condition by placing our amp probe on the circuit. Our readings confirmed the same excessive amperage draw. Based on these findings, we have verified that the septic pump motor has failed and is the source of the issue.

Arrived to perform peace of mind service on two split heat pump systems. Customer has a couple airflow concerns on the second floor having to do with their son‘s bedroom at the rear left-hand side of the home. Began evaluation on the second floor. Second floor outdoor heat pump and air handler are mismatched and not an ARI rated combination. The outdoor unit was replaced in 2020. The indoor unit manufactured is 2007. Refrigerant charge appears correct at this time all motors and capacitors on the outdoor unit as well as defrost operations are A OK. Evaluating the indoor unit found evaporated coil to be very heavily rusted, blower motor is heavily leaking oil and the blower capacitor is significantly below manufacturers rating. There is a 20 x 20 x 4 media filter installed on this system that appears to have been last changed in August 2023 and is significantly reducing airflow. I removed the media filter. The media filter cabinet air seal is entirely destroyed, allowing unconditioned
