Upon arrival, verified no tripped breakers at main panel. Troubleshot kitchen ceiling-mounted LED panel fixture and determined failure due to internal driver malfunction. Inspected range hood circuit and identified loose wire connection at junction box causing intermittent power loss. Investigated problematic outlet that homeowner had previously replaced; testing revealed backstab connection failure and downstream wiring fault causing repeated failure.
