Serviced smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with battery replacement and operational testing. Replaced customer-supplied light bulbs in fixtures up to 12 feet and performed ceiling fan cleaning service up to 12 feet. All electrical systems tested and found operating within normal parameters.
Completed comprehensive heating and air maintenance on two HVAC systems, performing an 80-point inspection on each unit. Cleaned outdoor coils, performed burner cleaning, adjusted gas pressures to manufacturer specifications, and conducted thorough safety inspections.
