Our Dawson’s technicians, Santos & Jeff, arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous and went straight to work to determine how best to install our new mini-split HVAC system in our glass sunroom. The installation went well and the team cleaned both inside and out to leave a picture-worthy final product!
Had an issue with upstairs AC. I called Dawson‘s electric and they were able to come out diagnose the issue and fix it within a few hours. My service technician was Connor who did a great job explaining what was causing the issue his recommendations on fixing it and what we can do in the future to prevent it.
