Congratulations are in order at Dawson's Electric & Air. Owners Travis and Nikki Dawson have been named recipients of the Triangle Business Journal's Community Champion Award — recognition of the difference they've made across Raleigh and the greater Triangle area.
Giving back has always mattered to Travis and Nikki. Over the years, they've made it a priority to find ways to help the people and organizations in the communities Dawson's serves. They've adopted local families and children at Christmas, helped local teachers with school supplies, donated a free HVAC system to a family in need, supported breast cancer research, donated food to local food pantries at Thanksgiving, and volunteered with Special Olympics.
They don't do these things for recognition. They do them because they believe in taking care of the community that has supported Dawson's for so many years.
We're proud to have Travis and Nikki leading our company and setting the example for what it means to be a local business that truly cares about the people around it.
