Inspiring the Next Generation of Skilled Professionals
At Dawson’s Electric & Air, we believe investing in our community means investing in its future workforce.
That is why our team was proud to visit a local high school to talk with students about careers in the skilled trades. During our visit, we shared insight into what it is really like to work in electrical and HVAC services, the opportunities available in the industry, and the long-term career growth that comes with learning a trade.
Students were able to:

- Learn about apprenticeship and certification paths
- Explore alternatives to traditional four-year college routes
- Hear firsthand experiences from working professionals
The skilled trades offer stable, rewarding careers with strong earning potential and long-term job security. By speaking directly with students, we hope to open doors and expand awareness about opportunities available right here in Fuquay-Varina and surrounding communities.
